How to work with QIDIAN?

1. When new client coming to inquiry, we will firstly introduce ourself, Company history, our advantages and also details about the product from workmanship, fabric, measurement, colors, moq, labeling, packaging etc. Coming with real photo and vedio.

2. The second step before ordering bulk normally we will support sample order. And for starting order we would like to collect consignee info from customer, when details confirmed we will lead to payment progress.

3. Then assistant will keep customers updated, about the sample/bulk production progress and show before send out.

4. After confirming everything okay, we will post out the sample, and provide the tracking and keep updates with customers.

5. If bulk order ready we will send the final qty and check shipping method and cost for customers and waiting them to choose.

6. This is not the ending of business well it is just a start, our service keeping forever once you become our regular customer. For 100% QC items, we also take charge of Claim from final end, as there are no 100% perfect process at all, QC progress is also by people.

7. In mostly cases, the new customers will become our regular customers after first batch goods launched, for restocking and develop new project together, we are always positive and willing to cooperate.
